Policy & Impact

The dramatic advances in brain-science research over the last 20 years have led to insights and implications for an increasingly wider area of society - politics, business and most intriguingly, education.

In addition to primary research, the Institute for the Future of the Mind acts as a hub, drawing together evidence from all aspects of the brain-sciences and ensuring that it is accessible to decision makers throughout learning and education. The unique funding structure of the Institute for the Future of the Mind means we have been able to develop strategic partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders in learning and education (pdf) and impact directly on educational policy and practice.
